Cancellation Policy
Studio Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. I understand that life happens and schedules change, but as a small business, lost time cannot be recovered. To help protect my schedule and ensure equal availability for all guests, please keep the following in mind:
48-Hour Notice Required: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice.
Respecting Studio Time: Advanced notice gives me the opportunity to open the slot to clients on the waiting list. Short-notice cancellations or missed appointments make it very difficult to fill that reserved time.
Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require modifying your service or rescheduling your visit so the client following you is not delayed.
How to Modify Your Appointment: You can easily adjust or cancel your booking through the online system or by sending a direct message or text.
